Members of the senior management team are responsible for ensuring that effective and efficient processes are in place, and adhered to, to enable the delivery of prompt, efficient and technically excellent services to our clients.
Benchmark targets are set for our processes so that we can measure the effectiveness of our quality management system. Processes are continually reviewed and subjected to regular internal audit to ensure firm-wide adherence to such processes. Where relevant, we revise our processes and procedures in order to improve our services to clients.
In addition to our own internal audit processes, we also receive regular external checks on our processes from various independent audits; namely a SOC 1 audit, the audit of our own accounts and those of our clients by a number of firms including all of the Big 4, audits in line with certain clients' specific policies, and audits from a compliance perspective by tax authorities. The feedback we receive from these audits provide us with further assurance on the relevance and quality of our processes.
