Briefing of the service team
A team of named contacts will be allocated to work with you. This will include the on-going service team who will be your named contacts in the longer term. They will be supported for the implementation period by implementation support specialists. The team will be briefed by the partner who has previously been in contact with you to ensure that there is no loss of knowledge.
The service team will agree with you a detailed Procedures, Responsibilities and Deadlines (“PRD”) schedule that will specify the services to be provided, the individuals responsible at both parties and the key dates. In traditional outsourcing terminology this document combines elements of both a statement of works and a service level agreement.
Set-up of systems and templates
Our accounting systems and client web-interface can be set up quickly. The systems are tailored to allow reporting in multiple currencies, languages and in a format that substantially replicates group reporting requirements. At this stage we will agree on the content of the regular reporting pack and understand in detail any project, territory or departmental reporting for example.
