Blick Rothenberg advised on the structure and trading model for PharmaMar’s UK business. We meet periodically with the PharmaMar team at its UK offices to understand its business needs and assist with any challenges faced. We provide on-going management accounting, VAT compliance, payroll and back office administrative support, together with assistance with the preparation of annual statutory accounts and tax filings. We have also assisted with ad hoc matters such as obtaining an Irish tax clearance certificate to facilitate sales in Ireland.

As we took care of its management reporting, financial administration and tax and accounting compliance work, PharmaMar was able to focus on growing its UK and Irish presence and marketing its products.
