What was the challenge?
When TodayTix first came to the UK there were a number of challenges in establishing a position in the market place including the different theatre group companies with which to build relationships, the complexities of VAT on ticket sales and administrative costs and the general issues regarding doing business in a new territory.
How did Blick Rothenberg help?
TodayTix chose to work with Blick Rothenberg as a result of our expertise in supporting companies as they expand internationally. We established the company’s accounting systems, built relationships with the key suppliers to ensure an efficient flow of transactions and worked through technical matters such as VAT.
Due to the unique nature of the client’s business model, we supply significant investment in setting up the most efficient processes, including sales imports and employee expense claim management.
