We have been at the forefront of using technology to deliver our services since first introducing web-based document management solutions, including workflow approval processes, in 2000. Since that time, we have continually developed and refined our web interface, now in its third iteration. We use this sophisticated platform to allow multiple client users, with hierarchical access, to complete tasks as varied as approval of invoices, interrogation of ledgers and cash flow forecasting. This model allows clients to give local management ownership of activities in their country, but central finance staff to retain overall control.
